Please include extra information when submitting a bug report to support@packcad.com.

  • Your browser and OS — Chrome 141 on macOS 15, for instance.
  • Your dieline or project file, if you can share it.
  • What you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot usually says it fastest.
  • The version number, in the top left corner of the app.
